TRIAL 1st:
Condition: Only blower on for checking flow or path of the air.
Observation: below picture shows the clear path of air from inlet to outlet.

Action: I made one design of distributer which having some holes and done CFD for this.

From above result I made PVC pipe distributer having holes of dia. 2.5 cm, 3 cm, 3.5 cm, 4cm at a distance (from bottom) of 10, 20, 23 and 23 cm resp.
TRIAL 2nd:
Condition: water flow and air flow both ON.
Checking the Temperature:-
Temp. Inside cooler: 20-23°C

Observation: 4-5°C temperature difference between cooler and storage box. Insulation was not proper and there is small gaps in cooler from which dry air is directly going.
Action:
I replaced non-insulated duct by the insulated duct and fill the gaps. Also checked the leakage of air.
TRIAL 3:
Condition: Both air flow and water flow are ON for checking temperature and humidity.
Checking the Temperature:-
Temp. Inside cooler:
