Problem : The rear breaks of the rickshaw were not working.

I and Pawan removed the rear wheel. The liner of break was not working properly.
So we removed the liner and separated all the parts of the liner. Wheel expander was jammed so removed that part.
Rubbed it with the polish paper and applied grease to it and fitted again.
The plate was very smooth, so rubbed the plate and drum with polish paper.
Fitted all the parts and adjusted the brake setting.
Removed the second wheel, this wheel also has same problem so done all the things and fitted the wheel.
Conclusion : Rear breaks were working.
