MOTOR SHAFT ASSEMBED TO THE COMPOSTER

My first task after joining DIC is to fixed and fabricated the shaft to the composter motor.
To formed keyway in the shaft, the vertical mill machine is used.
The key is made from stainless steel material.
Then the key is fitted into the keyway of the shaft.
The shaft is fitted to the composter
Small hollow pipe is cut on the grinding machine and pipe was welded to the one side of the composter.
Shaft and a hollow pipe are coupled with each other.
The motor assembly is done.
