Problem Definition
The previous model of sprouter unit is not properly working in winter season. The sprouts need the maintain the temperature but in winter season temperature below the 25˚C they are not properly maintain in previous model.
Also, I observed that the seed grains are not properly sprout by using the traditional method. i.e. keep seeds are soaking in water for 24 hrs after 24 hrs grains are remove from the water and tighten in cotton cloth for overnight for sprouting.
Thus, the consider all parameter in previous model we need to modify the sprouter unit.
Project Idea
I will provide suitable conditions like temperature, relative humidity, oxygen for air movement and light etc. I have to maintain humidity for avoiding the stickiness of seeds at the time of sprouting. Also provide the proper oxygen(aeration) by using bubbler and also the maintain the temperature in spouter unit.
