Above images are of finalized concept. as it was decided to make dome dryer small of 1.2 meters diameter for pilot testing. The smaller size was easy to handle and also to fabricate.
This model of deme dryer is made in Solid works and is parametric in nature. The model can be scaled to different sizes in the same file.
The trays of dome dryer are like big pans stacked over each other. I got the inspiration for this from an idli cooker. The trays shown in pictures will be made up of sheet metal most probably 0.8 mm thick.
The file here are made in SolidWorks 2016 Educational edition. Hence future versions of Solidworks will be able to open this.
