After few trials on acrylic PBR it get cracked inside so we go for new PBR system which is made up of glass.
The glass tube is available with standard dimensions but I made this system as per my requirement at R. K. Scientific Bhosari.

After 12 hrs of trial water seal fittings gets slipped over glass tube.

Modifications done for second trial-
Two openings are made for outlet of water from PBR.
Also rubber patch is used for proper sealing of opening of PBR.

This time different alga is used. It is string type alga. Thanks to Rutvij to made this available.
