A. Prototype for proof of concept :-
Steps:
1. Slotted L-Angles and L-Angles were measured, cut and assembled with the aid of nut-bolts to form a rectangular storage chamber as shown in fig.
2. Iron metal sheet was measured, bend and made a top cover for storage system. One circular opening of radius were made on it where the exhaust fan was fitted.
3. A PVC pipes of 20 mm diameter was measured and cut; T-joint, elbow joint was used to connect the pipe network together using gum to hold the pipes in position and fix the pipe network which is used for distributing water on the slotted angles with the aid of nut-bolt and washer.
4. A 40mm diameter PVC pipe was cut at the center of upper side which makes a slot connected at the bottom of the storage system at the all sides were the jute pads are fixed so it collects excess water that drips from jute pads.
5. Fix the jute pads or curtains on this pipe network so that water flows over the jute pads.
Design of Fridge prototype was completed.
