Collected data and working imformations of solar systems in ashram.
This are following different systems in ashram.
A] SOLAR PV SYSTEM:
In ashram 6.5 KVA of electricity is generated by ‘Solar Pv System’.
Extra electricity is returned to the MSEB.
B) PRINCE 40 SOLAR COOKER :
‘PRINCE 40’ is a parabolic shape concentrator.
It is made up of 58 sheets of aluminium metal.
Its collects heat energy of sun at one point where it is used as cooker for cooking.
Over it meal of 40 -50 persons can be a make.
C] SOLAR SYSTEM FOR POLYHOUSE BLOWER FAN:
In day time it is need to minimize the temperature of polyhouse.
By using solar panel and VFD blower fan works on solar energy.
In polyhouse of vigyan ashram we have 2 fan’s of 2.2 KW, which works on solar system.
It runs daily up to 6 to 8 hours .
D] SOLAR SYSTEM FOR GREY WATER RECYCLING:
In Vigyan Ashram Bubling system of water recycling ,daily 5000 lit. of water is recycled.
E] SOLAR WATER HEATER :
Solar water heater is used to heat the water by using solar thermal energy.
Its raises the tem. Of water up to 45 0 to 550 c.
In vigyan ashram system of 3000 lit water heter is established

COLLLECTING IMFORMATION ABOUT WORKING OF BIOGAS IN VIGYAN ASHRAM:
What Is Biogas?
Biogas is the anaerobic fermentation of the biomass (organic matter) in presence of water. The working of a biogas plant is, the biomass is mixed with water and then is decomposed by the anaerobic bacteria into the products like gasses (methane, hydrogen, carbon dioxide) and the other side products (manure, fertilizers).
In vigyan ashram meal of 50 to 60 persons is prepared by using biogas.
WORKING OF BIOGAS:
The inlet of the biogas plant is the mixing tank. In this mixing tank, the biomass is mixedwith the water.
The digester (air-tight chamber) is an area with the absence of the oxygen (basically an anaerobic region) and the presence of microorganisms (the anaerobic bacteria). ater to form a slurry. A slurry is a composition of the water and the cow dung (biomass). The mixing tank is also called the slurry region. Then, this slurry enters the digester. Thus, these microorganisms in the digester, decompose the biomass, that is, breaks down the complex substance into basic substances like methane, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide. These gasses produced are stored in the gas tank and wherever required, these gases are taken out through the gas outlet.
Checking the working of flame gun on biogas .
we have attacheed the booster pump on pippeline to boost the pressure of flaming gun
its did not worked on biogas. Although the biogas is flowing through it ,it did not catched fire .

There was a Exhibition programof 2 days in vigyan ashram .We moved all solar systems to solar parks, including sollar domedryer, solar cooker , solar lamp and estblished all sytems in solar park. we gave imformation about all solar systems in vigyan ashram to the visitors

For checking the lekages of biogas pipeline , we used soap soulution on pipe line..
We found 2 leakeges , we have fixed i by using insulation
