Introduction:

A heat Pump dryer is a device works on heat exchange A heat pump is a device that transfers heat from one place to another by using a refrigeration cycle. It can both heat and cool spaces, making it an efficient climate control system. In heating mode, it extracts heat from the outside air (even in cold temperatures) and transfers it indoors. In cooling mode, it does the opposite by removing heat from the indoors and releasing it outside. Heat pumps are known for their efficiency, as they can move more energy in the form of heat than they consume in electrical energy. They’re commonly used in residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.

Today I draw heat pump diagam again in more detailed form and sent to Tushar kukreja sir. I cleaned the dryer completely .

I did the raw connections of dryer and checking the components one by one .I saw that compressor is working but it is empty and there is no CFC gas . Heaters are in working condition. Fans aren’t working .

  1. Today i had meeting with Dixit sir, Prasad sir, Abhijit sir about new design of dryer . We add some new components 1 Horizontal aluminum pipe is connecting to cold radiator box and 4 small aluminum pipes are connected to horizontal pipe. The diameter of small pipe is 1/4 th of horizontal pipe .The other end of small pipes are connected to hot radiator box . From radiator box another pipe go to the drying chamber.

I check the relation between radiator and fan ensuring the suitable values of radiator’s pressure (500psi ) and fans CFM (1350) show compatibility with each other. For 500 Psi radiator there is nearly about 1300 to 1400 cfm with ~ 900 > rpm. currently available fans speed is 930 rpm and also its cfm is 1350.

Today I meet Tushar Kukreja sir and I explained him the design of heat pump dryer in detail.They asked some question to Dixit sir about the application of heat pump dryer and how it is more affordable than other available dryer in market. Also they asked about timeline of this project. Prasad sir given him tentative date.How much amount of heat can be produced ? , the maximum temperature compressor , why we will use aluminium pipes for supply air ?and also they asked about capacity of heating chamber.
