The primary goal is to efficiently and hygienically dry chilies’, preserving their quality, color, and nutritional value. This method helps extend the shelf life of chilies’ reducing spoilage and wastes.
Improved product quality compared to traditional sun drying, which can lead to contamination and uneven drying. Beneficial for small scale farmers and food processing industries.

As discussed in the meeting about solar dome dryer we design the scale down model. we make design of model its the 8 time less for the model of original one.

In this day we finding the scale down dimension it. The original solar dome dryer was 4m we scale down into the 45cm.
