This dome dryer is been order by nashik farmer.
this dome dryer work on nature principle mean a air cycle and sunlight . An black sheet is cover over whole frame for better and greater absorption of sunrays which create heat inside the dome and air cycle carrys out the moisture from products .
But this dryer is seasonal.
Some modification I did on this dome dryer
- installation of exchaust or duct
- Plywood Door
- Colouring of door
- hookes for tight fitting of sheet
- circular circumfancial hole for sunlight proof cover
- fan of duct.
- light leakage testing at last.
