Preparing 300 H2S Water Testing bottles –
oven drying 300 bottles .
Preparing media for 300 H2S kit strips bottles .
Autoclaving media .
Sterile the bottles using Laminar Air Flow for 1 hrs.
Making the H2S bottles with strips which is coated by H2S media.
Getting precautions for avoid the contamination.
Use forceps for put strips into the bottles.
Bottles caps should be tight.
All process are done under the UV light of Laminar Air Flow.
