Vigyan Ashram Tour

We started our training at Vigyan Ashram,Pabal,Pune. This was our first day of training and we had a tour of campus. In campus we saw various science projects and technologies working.

1)Workshop :

In workshop we observed different machines.

Drilling machine :

Drilling machine is a machine used for making a round hole or driving fasteners.

Grinder machine :

It is machine tools used for grinding and also used as a cutting tool.

Milling machine :

Used to drill, bore, cut gears, thread and produce slots.

Lathe machine:

Known as “mother of machining tools” . Shaping, drilling, sanding, knurling, cutting, and deformation are the operations performed on Lathe machine.

Hacksaw machine:

It is used for cutting metal, can also cut various other materials, such as plastic and wood; for example, plumbers and electricians often cut plastic pipe and plastic conduit .

2)Organic Composter:

Society Waste Composter

An organic waste composting machine is an independent unit that facilitates the composting process and provides better composts. It takes waste as its input and provides manure as its output.

3) Future Innovative Systems

Egg incubator

An egg incubator is a machine that creates the perfect conditions for an egg to incubate and hatch successfully. An egg incubator is designed to regulate incubation temperature and humidity at perfect levels.
