Methods of voice of customer.
Interview –
open ended – gives discription
Close ended- yes or no
Don’t blame , don’t be excited and don’t try to educate customer
Try to Learn from customer.
Status of project–

Fire tube- Need to take voice of customer with Shubham and finalize the solution.
Towel dispenser- solving issue related to RPM
Farmer jacket- take voice of customer.

Dryer- mounting of hood on dome and installation of exhaust.
