My new project was decided with Dixit, Prasad, and Mahesh sir. The project is to construct a breeding chamber for black soldier flies. Then we visited the area where the chamber have to be made. Then I measured the area of that place. Then measure the separate area of each portion and make a drawing with dimensions.

With the help of Bhushan welding of square tubes and made a chamber frame. However, due to some wrong fabrication, I cut the welded frame and reweld it properly.

I found the required no of Edison bulbs and LED Bulbs to fulfill the requirement of the chamber. From that, we decided on the 12 Edison bulb of 100 watts for heating and a 100 watts LED bulb for creating artificial sunlight.

Prasad sir takes the lecture on the topic of Empathy. Then, a discussion was held on the sugarcane e-cart project with Dixit, Prasad, and Mahesh sir. Then I weld the window on the frame for tray handling. Then color it with red oxide and leave it to dry.

Cutting of door, size of door frame.
Then Dixit, Prasad, and Mahesh sir, and I discussed the separate chamber for the puppa trays. For that, we think 3 possible ideas and then decide 1.
The 3 ideas are
- Constructing a separate chamber attached to the main breeding chamber connected by duct. Making a stand for the tray.
- Construction of trolley for the tray and placing of trolley inside the chamber.
- Construction of a rack at one side of the chamber and closed by a curtain.
From that three ideas we decided the first idea.

Level the floor where the door frame has to be fixed. Then nails into the wall and welding of the frame to the nails. Then I weld the door hinges. After that there was a problem with the door opening then by detecting it I broke the floor to easy opening of the door. Then I cut the square tube to fix in the front side of the polycarbonate to fix it without the remaining gap.

I went to Pabal to buy the banner, nails, and the Self screw. Then our project progress meeting was held with Dixit, Prasad, and Mahesh sir. Then in afternoon I fix the door in the frame and also fix the square tube to the front side of the polycarbonate.

Check the working pump of the fogger set. Then remove one side polycarbonate and fix their mosquito net to enter sunlight directly in the chamber.

Today I fixed the fogger temporarily to check the working, droplet size, working of the timer, a requirement of no. of nozzles, etc. Then this I showed to the Dixit sir. By watching that we decide to fix the 6 foggers in the chamber.

Today I bought the window lock for the windows of the chamber. Then I Fix the foggers to the top of the chamber. By tieing the GI wire tight at both sides of the chamber passing through the center of the chamber. And then stick the pipe to the wire. Also, I fit the window locks to the widow for locking of the window.

Today Discussed with Mahesh sir about the Puppa chamber construction. Then I draw the drawing of the chamber by hand and in the solidworks. Then made the bill of material and it was shown to the sir and went to the Pabal to buy the required material for chamber construction.

Dixit sir ask question about the choking of fogger due to the precipitation of the salt present in water. Then they told me to find the TDS and the pH of water. And after that tells to maintain the pH of water about 6.5 by adding the solution of oxalic acid and observe the precipitation of salt at bottom of water bucket.
TDS and pH of normal water
I took the 14 lit water. The pH and TDS of water is 8.5 and 267 respectively. Then I maintain the pH of water at 6.5 by using the solution of oxalic acid. The solubility of oxalic acid is 2.20 × 105 mg l–1 in water. I dissolve the 10 gm oxalic acid into 100 ml of distilled water.
Precipitation of salt present in water
The final TDS of water after precipitation is the 175ppm.
