Procedure:
1) First, weigh all the ingredients.
2) Take peanuts, sesame seeds and sesame seeds separately and roast them in a pan.

6) Take jaggery and put it on the gas to make a paste.

8) Take a train of chickpeas and put the paste and the mixture in it in a tray.
9) Spread the mixture in the train and then roll it with a rolling pin.
10) After rolling it well, cut the katrina.
11) Take the cut pieces and pack them in a packing box.

Method:
1) Weigh all the ingredients.

3) Add water and salt to it.
4) Then mix the bread improver and yeast in a bowl until the water reaches 40 °C.
5) After that, mix all the mixture and add water as needed.
6) After that, take the dough on the table and knead it properly again.
7) After that, keep all the dough for fermentation.
8) After an hour, take all the dough on the table and make it round.
9) Take balls of dough to make pav and make it round.
10) Grease the trailer with oil and place the pav ball in it.
11) Pav is baked at a temperature of 280°. After baking it in the oven, take it out and grease the pav with oil.
12) After the ladi cools down, turn it over.

Ingredients:
- Moringa Powder: 20 gm
- Peanuts: 200 gm
- Sesame Seeds (Til): 120 gm
- Flaxseeds (Javas): 80 gm
- Jaggery: 400 gm
- Ghee: 25 gm
Equipment:
Gas stove, pan (kadai), mixer grinder, rolling pin, cutter, chikki tray, packing boxes.
Method:
- First, sort and clean the peanuts, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds separately. Then roast each on medium heat.
- Grind the roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds separately in a mixer to make a fine powder. Combine all powders together.
- Add moringa powder to the mixture and mix again using the mixer.
- Measure the same amount of jaggery as the prepared mixture and chop the jaggery finely.
- Apply ghee to the chikki tray, rolling pin, and cutter.
- In a pan on medium heat, melt the jaggery.
- Once melted, add the remaining ghee and the prepared mixture to the jaggery. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the chikki mixture onto the tray and flatten it evenly using the rolling pin.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cut the chikki using a cutter.
- Pack the chikki pieces in boxes for storage.
