Now lets breakdown and understand each alternatives :- 1) Animal feed manufacturer – Black soldier fly larvae are rich in protein, fats, and essential amino acids, making them an excellent source of nutrition for animals, particularly poultry, fish, and pigs. The larvae contain about 40-50% protein and 25-35% fat, which are comparable to traditional feed ingredients like fishmeal. The first option could be establishing a firm which deals with products i.e feed manufacturer , product based.
2) Waste Management Firm – Wet waste, which primarily consists of organic material such as food scraps, vegetable peels, and other biodegradable matter, poses several significant problems if not managed properly. Only 12 MT is treated out 62 MT produced in India .So there is problem as well as need , this could be another possibility.
3) Hybrid i.e product + service – Just like Apple and Amazon ,firms can sell both product and service .
