We checked whether there is any material that can be reused or recycled in the scrap.

We selected one old cupboard which can be repaired. We have to dismantle, polish and paint the cupboard. We loosened some nuts and bolts by using spanner but the nuts were rusted so then we cutted the nuts by using grinder machine. We learned to operate the grinder.
22/08/2022
We removed the remaining nuts of the cupboard and dismantled the cupboard. After dismantling the cupboard, we started polishing by using grinder. Firstly, we started polishing the plates of cupboard.

We polished plates of the cupboard by using grinder.
30/08/2022
Polished the angle bars of the cupboard. Applied the primer over the plates and bars.
31/08/2022
Applied paint to the plates and rods of the cupboard on one side by spray painting.
2/09/2022
Given paint on other side to the plates and bars.
15/10/2022
Fitted nuts and bolt for rack. adjusted rack and finally rack is ready.
Conclusion:
- Learned fabrication works like polishing, grinding, welding.
- Learned that how to use grinding machine.
- Leaned to do spray painting.
