Work on turbo ventilator:

Procedure:

  1. Measure the diameter of chimney.
    1. chimney pipe diameter=166mm
  2. Measure the diameter of flange.
    1. flange pipe diameter=208mm
  3. Rivet diameter.
    1. Rivet diameter=7mm
  4. center of rivet to center of chimney.
    1. center of rivet to chimney pipe center=12mm
  5. then we make base mount for turbo ventilator
  6. For base mount we take a MS sheet and cut on plasma machine

7. after that we take a sheet and some part molud in moulding machine and some part mould manually.

8. After that we work on moulding and drilling operations in M.S sheet

we are doing same drilling and riveting as on 01/02/22.

operation in one side M.s sheet base mount.

9. The curve plate is placed inside the base mount.

10.we paint the base mount with help of compressor, red oxide ,painting color.

11. We finally installed the turbo ventilator on top of the kitchen.

1)Problem Identified :

leaking of water through base of ventilator.

for that we make tar and use for prevention of leaking water.

Result:

After fitting the turbo ventilator, we noticed that the smoke from the kitchen was decreasing and coming out of the chimney.
