Due to Second wave of Covid, Schhols was Closed. But Now, Some studnets come over there and attented their class.some of attending Online.then we will plan to taking physically activity with this students.

Date – 30 Aug 2021

We are taking paper circuit activity(Papertronic)with Mukhai school students.

What is Paper Circuit

A paper circuit is a functioning electronic circuit built on a paper surface instead of a PCB. Projects can range from greeting cards, to origami, to traditional art such as paintings or drawings.

A paper circuit is a low-voltage electronic circuit that is created on paper or cardboard using conductive copper tape, LEDs and a power source such as a coin-cell battery.  Creating paper circuits is a good way to teach the basics of electricity and how circuits function.   In addition to being educational, they can also be a fun makerspace project that helps to bring artwork and paper craft to life.  By adding sensors, buzzers and motors to your circuit, you can also add another dimension of interactivity.

This is the simple circuit diagram which are shown in fig

How We can Make it

Objective: To create a paper circuit that lights up an LED and is powered by a battery.

Time: 40 minutes

Materials:

Paper circuit page ,copper foil tape (if possible, with conductive adhesive), 9V battery, 5mm or other size LED, Resistor 1K, On/Off Switch.(Here we used paper switch here)

Basic steps to make this

Step 1: Separate Copper Tape. Separate the copper foil tape from the white backing paper. …
Step 2: Start at a Battery Location. …
Step 3: Creating a Corner Turn. …
Step 4: Connecting Pieces of Tape. …
Step 5: Start at the Other Battery Location. …
Step 6: Connect the Battery. …
Step 7: Adding the LED. …
Step 8: The Completed Circuit.

Students cuts a paper switch using scissor

take a measurement and cut copper foil

and place it on black part for connectivity.

then solder LED and Resistor. Give battery supply.
