After the motor was replaced and the drum was coated with FRP, the Composter was sent to A housing society at Vadhu, Pune.
Installation was done in morning time. The composter was shipped to the society via small tempo. Sice the machine was readity tested at installation there was very less onsite work. We fitted the baffles inside the drum onsite. The baffles were fixed using M6 nuts and bolts. New supply connection was taken from the near point. The images show the installation details.
Initial trial was conducted by mixing 20 kg of garbage with 20 kg of compost culture. The mixing was very effective and homogenous.
