In Vigyan Ashram, students from nearby schools came for doing their projects.
As a philosophy of Ashram Learning while Doing, they have to do their projects by themselves. We are taking care of proper guidance and proving facilities to them to bring their imagination to reality.
Just like that two boys from Pabal school of 9th standard came to Viguyan Ashram to make their school project as Composter for science exhibition.
As I am working on that they came to me for help.
The names of them are Avishkar Tukaram Tamhne & Umesh Sopan Tathe.
School name is Shree Bhairavnath Vidya Mandir Pabal.
Both are very enthusiastic and talented too.
I introduce them one of the prototype of domestic composter and the process of composting.
We have deal that they will make their own model by themselves.
The process starts with drawing of existing model.
They learnt lots of technical skills while doing the project.
What they learn from here?
They lean how to draw sketch of project model from different views?
How to take measurements?
Make a list of what will material required for project?
How to use vernier caliper?
They observe welding and drilling process.
They learnt how to make costing of project material.
And of course about composting process.
We required 3 days to complete their project, while doing my project in parallel, and I enjoyed it … 🙂
