This is a project i started with these images as references I have created a sophisticated 3D model of a large shed, measuring 20 feet in height, 30 feet in length, and 20 feet in breadth, designed for the conversion of biodegradable waste into natural manure using Black Soldier Flies. This model complements my previous representation of the farm where these larvae are bred and reproduced. Located in Maharashtra, the actual shed depicted in the model serves as the site where young larvae are transferred and introduced to the waste. Over a few weeks, these larvae efficiently decompose the material. Following this process, the larvae are separated from the decomposed substance, then used as feed for chickens, while the resulting manure is collected. This detailed model showcases the entire lifecycle and operational flow within the shed, emphasizing the sustainable and efficient use of Black Soldier Flies in waste management and nutrient recycling.

Initial CAD Modeling Process
Here I created a basic structure and placed trees to make the structure seem taller as the height is 20 ft. only creating the structure will make it seem smaller than it actually is. The initial phase of creating the CAD model involved carefully studying reference images of the actual shed located in Maharashtra. These images provided crucial details and dimensions, allowing for accurate replication of the shed’s basic structure. By meticulously analyzing the photographs, I was able to capture the essential elements and overall layout, ensuring that the model closely mirrors the real-life setup. This foundational work set the stage for further refinement and the addition of detailed features, ultimately leading to a comprehensive and realistic 3D representation of the Black Soldier Fly manure processing shed.

Render Details and Bird Protection
These renders provide a layout for anyone who wants to recreate this structure. Things like where to place the door, columns & how to place the net for the safety of the worms. The following renders showcase the shed without any background, providing a clear and unobstructed view of the structure. These images are intended to serve as a reference for anyone looking to replicate the shed. An important feature highlighted in these renders is the use of bird nets on the sides of the shed. These nets are crucial for protecting the worms from potential bird predation, ensuring the safety and integrity of the larvae during the waste conversion process. By including this detail, the renders offer a practical and comprehensive guide for constructing an effective and secure Black Soldier Fly manure processing shed.

Final Renders with Background and Size Reference
These renders are used as representation for the structure we have created in real life. Bio degradable food waste is placed inside with worms. The final set of renders features the shed with a complete background, including trees and plants, to provide a realistic and immersive view. These enhancements not only add aesthetic appeal but also serve as size references, allowing viewers to gauge the scale of the structure. The inclusion of trees and plants alongside the shed highlights its dimensions, with the size of the door offering a direct comparison to a human figure. These fully rendered images present a comprehensive and visually engaging depiction of the Black Soldier Fly manure processing shed, illustrating both its functional and environmental context.
