Methord

preparation of alovera gell

  • Take aloe vera leaf live should be one to 1.5 CM thick
  • Cut both the end of leaf
  • Take a bikar feel it with water
  • Now a yellow substance (poison) will come outnow for removing it
  • Put the leaf in the beaker for 30 minutes
  • Take another bikar fill it with water
  • Separate the green part from the gelly
  • Now Put the gell in the water filled with water and wash uphill all the saliva like substance and green colour of water is removed
  • it will take maximum 8 washes
  • The gell we need is 726 gm

Now your alovera gell is ready

Aloe vera Koha making

  1. Take a stove or burner
  2. Put 2 liter milk in a flat beaker
  3. Put the beaker on the stove
  4. As the milk is boiling take a mixey and put thr gelly in it and mix it in very find partical
  5. Now leave it a side
  6. Ster the milk non stop slowly
  7. As the milk become 2l to 700 gm put the alovera gell in it
  8. Now mix it Thornley upto it does not become like a clay
  9. Let it cool down nicely
  10. It would be 384 gm (it can be less on more )

Aloe vera gulab jamun making

  1. Take 2 beaker fill them both with 300gm water each
  2. Put 300gm suger in one and 300gm jaggery in 2nd
  3. Pot both beaker on stove and heat them and mix the ingredients until get diluted
  4. Off the flame and put them aside

Your Shera for gulabjamun is done

  1. Take the Koha and grind it with a kissney
  2. mix wheat flore in between 70 to 80 gm accordingly
  3. And put elichi powder 1gm
  4. Now make a ball and insert a pista and make a nice ball of any dimension (big or small) you can put pista,kaju or any dry fruit you want
  5. After the balls are ready take a kharai
  6. Put it on stove on the flame on low
  7. Put 400gm ghee (we can use oil also) in it
  8. after 5 min pot the balls in the ghee
  9. Ster them continously othe wise they will burn from other side
  10. Take them out after the become dark brown
  11. Put them equeal in both the Sera
  12. After 24 hrs they will soke the Sera
  13. Now they are ready to eat πŸ˜‹
