Fourth trials is on aqua phonic water but precise data is not available.
Observations after fourth trial:-
Acrylic tube is cracked due to light.
So queries arises…
What should be material used for photo bioreactor either glass or acrylic for better working of system?
What is photon efficiency?
For effective working of system is it better to make water flow through tube interrupted ?
So for interrupted water flow I used arduino program…
Program is designed for 30 seconds of water flow after each 10 minutes….
