Pranit Kamble a student of DBRT is working on drying as a part of his DBRT project. The project involves taking readings of the initial and final weight of the substrate along with LOD. A temperature and humidity sensor is also used for data collection.

The data was discussed with Dr. Arun Dixit on 28/03/2021 and following observations/remarks were made,

  1. The temperature and humidity data didn’t seem to be realistic,
  2. The LOD of multiple samples collected at different time intervals should be calculated together in order to save time and energy,
  3. A dome shape made up of polycarbonate sheets should be made and tested in order to see its effect on drying rate.
