  • Solar-powered 5KVA Inverter:

Solar-powered 5KVA inverter consists of 8 batteries of 12V-150Ah capacity, 10 PV solar panels of 250watts each. Inverter PSU is made hybrid to use in both connection i.e. Grid and Solar power. batteries are so connected in series as to achieve the voltage to 96V as Inverter supports 96V of supply. Solar panels are so adjusted as 5 panels are in series and another 5 panels are in series and both series connections are connected in parallel.

Solar Powered 800 KVA Inverter consists of 1 battery of 12V-150Ah supported by 2 solar panels of 150Watt capacity connected in parallel. this system is installed to support the computer system and printer. This system is also a hybrid system works on both AC/DC power.

Solar Powered DC refrigerator consists of 2 Solar panels each of 100 watts and 12 V, a battery of 12V-200Ah capacity. solar panels are so connected in series so as to increase the voltage. Battery and solar panels are connected by means of a charge controller, which regulates the flow and controls the voltage.

Solar Powered DC milking machine consists of a 75watt capacity solar panel and 12V-80Ah battery. This setup is controlled by a charge controller. Miking machine has a compressor of 150-watt capacity which creates a sufficient amount of pressure.

Solar-powered Sewing machine consists of a 60-watt solar panel and 12V-40Ah battery. It has a 60-watt Permanent magnet DC motor controlled by the charge controller.

  • Solar Powered DC submersible pump

Solar Powered DC submersible pump consists of 4 solar panels of 300-watts capacity each connected in series; the pump is controlled by a drive called Simha drive, which controls the charges and gives the required output. the battery is not given to the system so it can only be used in peak hours of sun. It gives 70 LPM discharge when it started in average sunrays intensity.
